EXCHANGE AND RETURNS

We hope that you are extremely happy with your purchases but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied then we would be happy to offer you a full refund or exchange. 

The goods must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt of goods and must be unused, unwashed, not damaged and in their original packaging with tags attached. 

We cannot be held responsible for any packages damaged or lost in the post so we do recommend that you obtain a certificate of posting. 

Please note that cost of return will be at the buyers exspense

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days of receipt and you will receive confirmation of your refund via email.
